Terrence Lee Wootten passed away on December 20, 2017 after a long battle with cancer at the age of 59.

The son of John and Kathryn (nee Tray) Wootten was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania on February 17, 1958. As a young boy he and his family moved to the Appalachian Mountains. There Terrence along with his pet Cesar, spent countless hours playing in the woods. At the age of 19 Terrence entered the United States Navy. Upon leaving the Navy, Terrence decided to follow his dream of playing music. He was introduced to the guitar at a young age, and by the time he was a teenager he was a master at playing it. This endeavor took him all over the country, playing his music as often as possible. After years of traveling, Terrence decided to settle in Claremore, Oklahoma. There he became a member of the Claremore Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also became reacquainted with Cindy Neal. They would merry on October 12, 2017 after a 7 year courtship.

In his spare time Terrence loved playing the guitar with many local musicians. However spending time with his wife Cindy was what he loved the most.

He is survived by his wife Cindy of the home.
