Theron Matthew Winn

Funeral service for Theron Winn will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2019 at the Chelsea Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Winganon Cemetery.

Theron Matthew Winn passed away on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 at the age of 54.

The son of Ada Ketcher Winn, Theron was born January 5th, 1965 in Pryor, Oklahoma. He was a member of the graduating class of 1983 at Claremore High School, after graduating Theron began working in the Claremore area. He eventually he took a job working for Cherokee nation. He held a few with them; however his favorite was being a groundskeeper at the golf course. He retired due to health reason in 2018.

In his spare time Theron had many hobbies. There was his love for soccer, and watching scary movies. He loved watching sports especially the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Oklahoma Sooners. He loved company during this time, especially if you happen to bring Dr. Pepper. However spending time with his family and close friends is what he always looked forward too.

He is preceded in death by his mom, Ada Winn, and brother Terro Winn.

Survivors include his sister, Sheri Winn; nieces, Dana Tehee and husband Joseph and Kayla Chupco and husband Travis; friend who he loved as a sister, Theresa Warnock, ex-wife, Billie Warner and many other extended family and friends.
