Mass of Christian Burial for Timothy Von "Tim" Lomax will be 10 a.m., Sat., June 26, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with Father Paul Eichhoff officiating. A rosary service will be held at the funeral home Fri. at 7 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Fri. 1-7 p.m.
Tim died Wed., June 23, 2010, in Louisburg, KS, at the age of 27.
The son of Phillip Leonard and Patricia Sue (Cassidy) Lomax was born Sept. 28, 1982, in Kansas City, MO. Tim grew up in Claremore and graduated from Claremore High School in 2001. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and was working for Danesco. Tim enjoyed fishing and music.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lawrence Cassidy, and great-grandmother, Pearl Dowland.
Tim is survived by his children: Kassidi and Hunter Lomax of Louisburg, KS; parents: Phil and Patricia Lomax of Verdigris; sisters: Danielle Lomax of Claremore, and Sarah Lomax of Tulsa; grandparents: Mary Cassidy of Pleasant Hill, MO, and Phillip Wayne and Helen Lomax of Tuttle; aunt and uncle, Lynn and Jim Tucker of Broken Arrow; and cousins: Emily and Lauren.
A memorial fund for Tim's children will be established at RCB Bank.
