Wanda "Ginger" Jean Wallace

Wanda "Ginger" Jean Wallace was born January 17, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away September 12, 2017 in Claremore, Oklahoma. Ginger spent the majority of her career driving a truck. She and Daniel had several opportunities to drive together and she always enjoyed the time she spent with him traveling. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed doing crafts, planting flowers in her garden and watching the hummingbirds. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Ginger is preceded in passing by her parents, Raymond and Ellen Sortore; brother, Michael Canfield and her sister, Threasa Sortore.
Ginger is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Wallace; sons, Travis Brownlow and his wife DeeDee, Tyler Horine and his wife Stephanie; daughters, Jennifer Calvert and her husband Richard, Rebecca Brownlow and her husband Larry; several grandchildren, I great-grandson; sisters, Kathey Cox and her husband Joe, Pat Sortore and numerous other family members and friends.
There will be a visitation Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 1-8 p.m. family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. at MMS Claremore Funeral Home.
Graveside Service will be Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery in Sand Springs, Oklahoma
