A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. at the Owalla Baptist Church

Wynona "Nonie" Ruth Triplett passed away on February 2, 2022 She was 73 years old. Nonie was born on August 3rd, 1948 to John Newton Chaney Sr. and Bertha Lorene (Hancock) Chaney in Claremore, Oklahoma. She attended Westside Elementary Schools growing up. She was a long time member of the Owalla Baptist Church for many years. she worked at the Veterans Center for several years. She loved to do needle point stitching, Playing Bingo at the JB Millam building and was a member of a lady's bible study group called the "Dipsticks".
Nonie had a big heart and would do anything for anyone. Family events and get together were very important to her she loved to spend time with her family and extended family above anything else. She especially loved to spend time to with her great grand children.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Triplett; Father John Newton Chaney Sr. and brother John Newton Chaney Jr. and daughter Mellissa Dawn Triplett.
She is survived by her Mother Bertha Chaney; Daughter Nikki McCaslin and husband Joe. grandchildren; Eian Bumsted, Mellissa Grant and husband Cody, Elizabeth McCaslin, and Justin McCaslin; great grandchildren Lillian, Greyson, Piper, Parker, Mason and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
